Natalia is a part of our Labor and Employment team. Natalia is an accomplished legal counselor and advisor. Her expertise in Labor & Employment Law focuses on the employer-side from start-ups to mid-sized businesses to be California Labor Law compliant and minimize their legal risk. Natalia practice area focuses on advising employers in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including hiring, drafting Handbooks, on-boarding documents and agreements. Natalia advises on employee classification issues, accommodations, workplace harassment, discrimination issues, workplace investigations, and employee terminations. Natalia is experienced in compliance, legal counseling, business strategy policy advising, pre-litigation and administrative hearings. Natalia is a pragmatic thinker and advocate who is focused on providing exceptional services to clients while solving and preventing legal problems. As a native Spanish speaker, Natalia is available to serve Spanish-speaking individuals and businesses in Silicon Valley and greater California to minimize their legal risk and assist minority owned businesses. Natalia currently serves as Chair of the Labor & Employment Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association and Executive Committee Member (DEI Co-Chair) for Provisors San Mateo 2.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family and giving back to her community.
