CARB Will Hold Carriers Responsible for Dispatching Non-Compliant Owner Operators

After January 1, 2014 motor carrier fleets will not be able to dispatch vehicles in California unless they verify and report compliance with the California Truck & Bus regulation and California Air Resources Board.
